A 30-minute session is used to focus on a specific area of physical or emotional pain.

Full-Body Session

 

A 45-minute session includes the entire body, focus on target areas and feedback from Loretta about areas of the body that required focused care as well as Loretta's intuitive impressions about the session.

Reiki sessions may be available for bartering for professional services, on a case-by-case basis. Please discuss with Loretta.

Reiki Classes

Reiki I & II Class

10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

In addition to receiving an attunement, students will learn:

• History of Usui Reiki

• How to use a pendulum

• Reiki symbols

• Giving Reiki to self & others

• Distance & group healing
